Delivery Information

Orders are normally processed on a daily basis and any received before 11am will usually be despatched within two working days (subject to stock availability). If you have ordered and are collecting please either wait to be informed that your order is ready for collection, or alternatively check that it is ready before coming in to collect. If necessary please call 01978 268802 between 9am and 1pm to check if your order is ready.

Larger orders are likely to take longer to assemble before despatch, but we aim to despatch a larger order within 5 working days. However, please take note of any home page notices that will advise you of any changes to this, for example over the Christmas period, or at other times when we may need to advise that orders will take longer to despatch.

We are set up to deliver to the UK and Europe.

Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, up to a certain weight of order depending upon the country. Heavier bulkier orders (over 2 kilos) are sent by courier in the UK.

DHL is used for outside the UK for heavier, bulkier orders (for orders of weight over 1 – 2 kilos, dependent upon DHL zone).
